Unicode support

Hi everyone,

I just installed netjuke 1.0-rc1 a few years ago.  My mysql is 4.1.4, and it 
has unicode support.  Just to make sure, I converted 
netjuke.netjuke_tracks.name to CHARSET utf8, and changed a track's name to 
unicode.  I could see it correctly in phpmyadmin.  However, netjuke doesn't 
display the unicode correctly and shows ???? instead.

So, my question is, is netjuke unicode-safe?  Is there something I need to 
change in the configuration, etc?
