Trouble generating the inc-prefts.php file

<font face="courier new,courier,monospace">Good day netjukers</font><br /><font face="Courier New">I'm having a little issue here completing my installation of netjuke. When I run the installer (after making changes to the file permissions so that the system can write to the relevant directories etc...), it just creates the tables and stuff on the database and does not generate the inc-prefs file. I tried this on a Red Hat EL ES 3.0. I thought it might have something to do with a pop-up blocker but nothing!! I don't have a clue what to do now.</font><br /><font face="Courier New"></font><br /><font face="Courier New">Any ideas what I could try to remedey the situation, or is there an inc-prefs.php that I could download somewhere and use?</font><br /><font face="Courier New"></font><br /><font face="Courier New">Thanks a mil.</font><br />
