Version 1.0b17 pre-release test results

Yow!  Nice update!  I've been praying for the ID-tag writeback
feature, so I'm pretty stoked to see it coming together.

I installed 1.0b17 from scratch with a new databse, and pointed it to
my main MP3 tree.  Since the tree is too large to process at once, I
used the Admin->Music Directory Browser to select directories.

MISSING DIRS IN BROWSER:

Curiously, not all the directories showed up.  I have directories
named A, B, C, D .. Z, and also "0", "Various", and "Soundtracks".

Out of all of them, "Soundtracks" and "0" do not show up in the
directory listing.  (The letters and "Various" show up fine.)
I couldn't see anything special about those two directories, and they
were created like the others -- same owner and permissions.

If I enter /my/base/Soundtracks or /my/base/0, then those trees show
up just fine and I can import them into Netjuke.  But for some reason,
they never show up in the Directory Browser.

NAME CASE ISSUES:

I tried editing some MP3 info to correct artist names.  For example,
I'd like to rename the artist "weekly" to "Weekly".  I made the edit,
but it was ignored.

To get around this, I renamed "weekly" to "wasweekly", and then
renamed "wasweekly" to "Weekly".  This worked!

It seems I can't rename artists or albums to change the upper/lower
case directly.  Is this a known feature?

ID TAG WRITEBACK:

I enabled the new writeback feature, and made all the MP3 files and
directories world-writable, but alas, it gives this error when trying
to batch-edit MP3 tags:

  GenerateID3v2Tag() failed
  GenerateID3v2Tag() failed
  GenerateID3v2Tag() failed
  GenerateID3v2Tag() failed
  ...

Once for each file.  The Netjuke listing updates correctly, of course,
but the file is unchanged.

This one new feature makes me want to switch my hodgepodge of MP3
management to Netjuke and recruit some editors, knowing all my changes
make it into the ID TAG for safekeeping.  It feels so close to
nirvana. :)

BATCH DELETE:

If I select a track from the browser and use "Batch Delete", it
prompts for confirmation, and then pops up
  [JavaScript Application]
  There is an error with the file permissions [access denied].

The browser says:
  Warning: Unable to create
  '/var/www/home/netjuke/var/data/trash/base/long/path/to/music/foo.mp3':
  No such file or directory in
  /home/me/www/netjuke/admin/tr-batch-edit.php on line 82

USER MAINT:

Admin->User Maintenance simply prints:

  Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
  /home/me/www/netjuke/admin/user-list.php on line 44

I must have something set up wrong.. perhaps DB permissions?

My netjuke MySQL user has all database Privileges minus 'Shutdown,
Process, File, Grant, References'.  Is this correct?
