1.0b16 listener count values

I'm having the same problem with b16 on Mac OS X Server 10.2.3, but my 
values are always zero.  In fact, when I used phpMyAdmin to change the 
listener count on a track to something else, it worked temporarily, but 
the next day that value was reset to zero as well!

Any ideas?
