To create a new windows usb driver you need to do a lot of stuff, e.g. take
care of power management. The book I used contained examples, I rebuild the
usb feature driver example to work
with the sony netmd instead of the anchorlabs usb test device. It's not that
I'm an experienced driver developer, I'm all new to this, and to understand
completely how to develop a windows driver I have to learn a lot (which I
probably don't want to, because I'm not that interested in 'deep' Windows
stuff)

The code in this driver I rebuild is copyrighted by Walter Oney, in short
the copyright is something like: he allows you to create your own driver
from his examples which you may distribute, but only the driver, not the
source code.
I can publish the usb command's / urb creation I created but that's not
really usefull because all these commands are just filling in the results
that have been figured out by members on this list.

If you have more questions about this license stuff you can contact me
personally at r.m.morrienATzonnetNL I don't think other list members find
this stuff interesting...
I can send you a copy of the license agreement, which you probably can also
find at http://www.oneysoft.com/
