   00 01 00 06 00 00 $u $v $w $x -> reply track length

30 80 07 00 -> request bitrate
   80 07 00 04 01 10 $u $v -> reply bitrate

30 88 04 00 -> request device status
   88 04 00 03 $s ff 40 -> reply device status

Similar for playback status, position and disc capacity.
