This interpretation is bogus.  The 8003 is from the "30 80 03 00" argument. 
In a different command is a 30 80 07 00 argument, and there is no array with
7 elements returned.  The interpretation of 80 as array and the next number
as element count is most certainly wrong, at least at this position.

8000 at his position could still mean array, although there is no strong
reason to think so.
