Yeah... I have a 667MHz powerbook, and a while back had to
run Quickbooks under VPC for some work I was doing for a client.
Even a simple application like that ran dog slow, so I would
imagine the performance of something compute-intensive like
audio format conversion to *really* suck.

Me too... All the previous reports suggested that there were serious
USB issues.  Zspiral, did you have to make any special settings?
