Guitar MIDI Controller to Notation

   I've been working with Mike Knott on post-processing MIDI from a 
guitar controller into notation.  I've created a page on the wiki 
documenting the process:

   It's just three steps:

- Remove Spurious Notes
- Quantize
- Remove Marks
