Punch-In Record Behavior

   I just pushed a change to Rosegarden's "Punch-In" record behavior. 
This is to support MMC record strobe.  Punch-In will now start recording 
if the transport is stopped.  By default, Punch-In is the space bar.

   Please test the latest git and let me know if there are issues with 
this change.
