I believe I have found the problem. It seems in Fedora it is possible to install the plugins without installing the guis. The plugin guis are in a seperate package (lv2-calf-plugins-gui). If this package is not installed I also get the crash. Try installing the above package - then rosegarden should work. Rosegarden should include a check for this case.
