I would think that program names in RG should normally match what is shown

on the physical instrument display. I don't know if any instrument 
manufacturers

provide for multiple languages in their software. I don't think my 
synths do, although

being an English speaker, I have never looked 😕

If there was sufficient demand, I suppose it could be an option in 
preferences....?
