Re: Low timer resolution (but it shouldn't be!)

   Just pushed an update to git with timer frequency checks across the 
board.  Now if you have a 250Hz system timer and you select "system 
timer" you will still get a warning.

   It looks like the previous behavior ("system timer" skips timer 
frequency checks) was deliberate, but feels wrong to me.  With this fix, 
some users might be surprised that the warning is coming up when it 
didn't before.  If we get complaints, we can add a "disable warning" option.

   Please test latest git.
