Editing Improvements

   Just pushed a number of changes related to editing to master 
[7339ce29].  Please test the latest git.  Highlights:

   Editing an event in the matrix, notation, and event list editors 
(double-clicking on a note) now has a new dialog which allows editing of 
all properties of the event.

   RPNs and NRPNs are now fully supported (inserting and editing) by the 
event list editor.  This is related to Will's feature request 467. 
Press I to insert an event and in the combo box pick RPN or NRPN.

   And finally, the cleanup work on the event list editor is mostly 
complete.  Please give it some testing as well if you use it.
