On Manjaro (Arch derivative) I get this error when trying to build (even 
after an update I just did):

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:2 (cmake_minimum_required):
   Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.

   Update the VERSION argument <min> value.  Or, use the <min>...<max> 
syntax
   to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been 
updated
   to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier.

   Or, add -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to try configuring anyway.

Manjaro updated this morning has a cmake version cmake version 4.0.2-dirty

I proceeded as suggested in the error message and set the value from 3.1 
to 3.5 and was able to successfully build.

Any point of attention about this?
