Aftertouch in the Rulers

   Just pushed support for aftertouch (pressure) in the rulers [9d5c78]. 
  Both channel and key pressure are now supported.  Please note that the 
View > Rulers > Key Pressure and Channel Pressure menu items will be 
disabled until you add channelpressure and/or keypressure to the 
controllers for a device:

   Studio > Manage MIDI Devices > (pick a device) > Controllers... > Add 
 > select channelpressure or keypressure in the "Type" field and click OK.
