Looks very polished. Maybe add a specification that jack transport needs 
to be explicity turned on in Ardour as well (if you want sync) as this 
is not super-intuitive?

Also maybe hint to the fact that if this becomes a recurring workflow 
one can save Ardour 'Session Templates' 
(https://manual.ardour.org/working-with-sessions/session-templates/) -- 
maybe this starts to be too Ardour specific, a pointer to the Ardour manual?
