I think this is a great idea !!! We are still discovering new things about lv2 - see the recent window size problem with sfizz. The lv2 development depends a lot on testing different plugins. Chuck Elliot wrote about some unusable plugins. I would like to know which ones and what the problems are. It may mean a lot of work for me - but it would really improve the lv2 capability.
