Re: how do I mark drum kits within a general patch bank in a rgd file?

I have another related question:
what is the syntax in a rgd file to define a bank select that's done
using a program change message above 100?

Some more details:
I'm trying to make a rgd file for an early 90s synth, a Yamaha TG77.
this synth uses a very old bank select method, it sends a program change
message above patch 100 to switch the bank and this is immediately
followed by another program change message to select the actual patch in
this bank.
For example in Cakewalk/Sonar INS files there is BankSelMethod=3 for
this.
