   I've reviewed the TG77 and Matrix-1000 .rgd file and I noticed that 
the default volume for both is set to 0, and the default breath 
controller (CC2) is set to 0 as well.  I would assume this leads to 
silence unless changes are made.

   Before I ship these, I'm going to change this so that the default 
volume is 100, and the default breath controller (CC2) is 127.  This is 
usually how we set things up so that we are making sound immediately. 
Do you see any problem with doing this?
