   I'm not sure.  With Expression which is similar to Breath, you have 
to have it at 127 to avoid it reducing the volume of the sound.  I've 
not used a patch with breath control support, so I'm not sure what our 
standard default should be.  I would imagine that "0" would result in no 
sound since it is waiting for someone to blow into a physical wind 
controller.

   I'll go with 127 for now until someone who routinely uses a wind 
controller can chime in on what would be most helpful.  Then we can go 
through and update all the .rgd files.  We have a script to do that.
