   These look very clean, thanks.  I will add them for 26.06.

   The controllers (volume, pan, sustain, modulation, expression, pitch 
bend, etc...) appear to be missing from these.  Is there any chance you 
can add them?

   Not every controller is supported by every synth, so it's best to 
start with the ones listed in the manual (MIDI Implementation Chart, 
Control change section), then experiment to see if they forgot to list 
any of the common ones.  E.g. the Kawai ES110 manual doesn't list Pan, 
but it does handle it.

   That provides a good standard starting point.
