Re: Crash when loading RG file form current version into V25.12

   Just pushed a fix for this [be6c1525f2].  Please have your friend 
build the latest and resave the file for you.  You should be able to 
open it now in 25.12.

   Thanks for catching this before the 26.06 release.  Philip's ruby 
tool removes the <velocity> tags which were causing trouble.  You can 
also manually edit the xml and remove them if you feel like it.
