Can the instrument nr under instrument parameters be changed to start from 0

I have a instrument defined with multiple banks ..
Each bank has 100 registrations...
So bank 1 is 100-199 , In the instrument definition you can click on the nr=
, and then numbering starts with 0 which is then logical if you want to se=
lect sound 100 (so bank 1 intrument 00).
When back at the sequencer windows and select the newly defined instrument =
and look at the instrument parameters .the 1st program nr is then 1 can thi=
s be changed the numbering starts with 0 ?
