DSD to PCM /lowpass sinc

Hi,

is there any experience in noise filtering (DSD to PCM) with Sox? Any 
example or advice for IIR and FIR?The "lowpass" parameters seem clear. 
Is there more information (examples?) about using the single parameters 
for sinc than this on the documentation:

*sinc* [*−a* /att/|*−b* /beta/] [*−p* /phase/|*−M*|*−I*|*−L*] [*−t* 
/tbw/|*−n* /taps/] [/freqHP/]
[*−*/freqLP/ [*−t* tbw|*−n* taps]]
