Heads up in case this is an issue: Unigram, a Windows Telegram third-party app, creates .oga files that are
Opus. I don't know if that's actually Unigram doing that, or the Telegram infrastructure.

Ubuntu's file(1) command says this about one of mine:

5012661833014706355.oga: Ogg data, Opus audio, version 0.1, mono, 48000 Hz (Input Sample Rate)

Not sure if this list allows small attachments, so you can get that test file at
