sox_ng 14.8.0 is out

I'm happy (and relieved!) to announce the release of the latest 
new-feature release of sox_ng.

I'll spare you the ChangeLog as it's a bit long - see the releases page 
for details - except for:

  o New effect "centercut", a more sophisticated version of "oops"
  o New formats:
    o .hip for LAME's built-in MP3 decoder
    o .mod for Amiga modules
    o .mul for TombRaider Multiplex Streams (write-only)
    o .pcm for SNES add-on Media Stream Unit version 1 loops
