Yes.  We use the Unix version of Speak Freely - in particular, a application
called sfreflect.  You can accomplish something similar in the Windows
version of Speak Freely by activating "Conferencing".  But I believe that
only one instance can run at one time (with sfreflect you can have numerous
separate bridges going).
