NAT for Windows?

Hi all,
 New to the mailing list..sorry for repeating any questions already asked. I 
am doing my best to browse through the old archives to get myself upto date 
but with limited success. 
Situation: 2 windows users..one with static internet ip and no firewall..other 
is behind a NAT firewall. The NATed user initiates connection..is not able to 
hear anything or get any UDP packets clearly because NAT firewall does not 
know where to forward packets coming in on UDP 2074/2075. 

I read about a patch for this for UNIX. Is that available for Windows ? is 
this patch in version 7.6a for Windows? Is this patch in Version 7.6a for 
Unix.
