Of course the replyes of most people shgould be no, since such programs does not work ok in such conditions. One thing that most people, including JW, forgot , is that most people take more or less deliberately the choiche of using an evirated connection. Some provider offer an high speed connection aty low prices, but behind a nat. Most provider offer instead normal connection, at least one important provider specifiy in its offer that can give the option of a fixed address, a dynamic address or a behind-a-firewall natted address, with this provider the cheaper option is the dynamic (but fully featured) address, and it recommend explicitely to use the latter [nat+fw] option only if one has severe security reasons, since such option forbide use of many services [and use of VoIP is explicitely mentioned].. If people accept such limitations do not woth to be considered. Also, such users are likely to be banned from many accesses (think about the problem to trace an abuse that come from behind a nat ....). In my university such addrsses are banned from many services for this reason !
