I also use SF with NAT and works fine. I only had to map the ports and worked (well, aside that small problem with the microphone :D). As some of you have already stated, usually the problem is having a bad hardware or software, or that providers don't provide enough information to configure the hardware. And, of course, users that don't want or cannnot spend the time to read the hardware and software manuals (as I've seen with some friends of mine).

Aside all that, I'll continue using that great program.
