(#365) Disable rodent keying for Win R7.6a?

We have just installed the Windows version on several machines, and we are
operating through a Unix SFREFLECT reflector. Generally *FLAWLESS*. However,
many windows users inadvertently "key" (transmit) they left click their mouse
on the connection box, and while depressing the left button, move off into
another program (surprise, eh??) . This leaves the client in continuous
transmit mode, *hosing* the reflector (and letting the entire world know what
they saying...).

Is there any way to disable mouse keying, letting the user rely on the space
bar instead?

We have also noticed occasionally that the Windows client will be transmitting
(continuously), but the connection window is not indicating "Transmit". But
this might be due to us initiating keystrokes intended for another open
program in the wrong window (i.e., CTRL+c). Not sure yet.
