My name is Anh Thu. I am Vietnamese. I am a student. My university is Post and
Telecommunication Institute of Teachnology. Now, I am meeting with
difficulties about subject to granduate. I need you to help me. I want to ask
you about algorithm of Code Excited Liner Prediction (CELP) and of Enhanced
Variable Rate Codec (EVRC). I want to reproduce it. I can use software Matlab,
