sorry, for my answer that might seem to simple, but yet the simple things aré often overlooked. Did you press the spacebar when attempting to talk? This program can work in full-and-or half-duplex-mode, and in order for this functionality to be properly implemented, the sound is not imediately send, after the conection is established, rather you must click in the transfer-window, and hold the mouse down, or you press the spacebar when speaking and press it again when finished, and this last approach works for sure.
