Hi,

I just read John Walker's EOL announcement and comments about NAT
difficulties. I was not previously familiar with SpeakEasy. There
is clearly a lot of experience with NAT issues in this community.

Unfortunately, the mailing list archives are not searcheable. I am
looking for implementation experience with the UDP hole punching
technique. Was this technique ever tried for SpeakEasy? Were the
problems discussed on the mailing list? If so, can anyone provide
me with likely time frames for digests I could download?

Hopefully some of the knowledge accumulated through SpeakEasy will
live on.

Tyler
