I have not been on this site for some time and have just read the End of Life
Announcement.
I like to thank John Walker for the many hours I have used Speak Freely. In
1996 on my first computer and first time ever learning about computers etc at
age 63. I managed to start using Speak Freely within six months and have used
it ever since.
I enjoyed speaking to various family members in Europe(am in Australia) many,
many times. ;-)
Now my two daughters both live in the US it has helped me enormously staying
in touch with them.
I thank you for what must have been many hours working on this program and for
making it freely available. I am really grateful to you. :-))
