Contra GPL: Some use is not possible (but you could grant BSD licensing on a
case to case basis, say "BSD plus do not callenge the GPL like SCO does")
Pro GPL: You may use a pile of GPL software/libries/etc. And you can
be sure that nobody adds 5% value and "commodifies" the software.

Those who contribute most have are to be asked most. This time there
is a project speak-freely at sourceforge, what is missing is developers
and project housekeeping.

Depend on libs/software we want to use.
This can be discussed if there is a critical mass.
