There are 2 possible replacements:

1. Sourceforge forums
2. Sourceforge mailing lists. 
   For developers we suggest to register for the devel mailing list at:

      http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/speak-freely-devel.


Posting to the forums is only allowed for Users with a sourceforge account.

It is not hard to register at sourceforge, but perhaps it is more
easy to register to a mailing list.
