Re: 3.9 on osx 10.13 - long internal class filenames

Apparently this is due to the Apple's Security feature App Translocation since 10.12; 
but if I read the info [1] correctly, then: 
downloading a zip, unpacking it, 
then moving the unpacked file by hand, 
should remove the quarantine  attribute, 
and the App Translocation should not happen. 
hmmm.
