3.9.1 update

hi list,

although we didn't get to some of the issues i wanted to take care of 
for 3.9.1 (configurable autoindent, SCDoc problems), i think the set of 
changes we have right now are sufficient for a patch release.

as such, we will be releasing 3.9.1-rc1 as soon as these two PRs are 
taken care of:

- https://github.com/supercollider/supercollider/pull/3469 
(automatically creating compilation directories in sclang)
- https://github.com/supercollider/supercollider/pull/3437 (fixing a bad 
bug with UGen graph optimization)

the RC waiting period will be about 3 days.

i've postponed some issues to 3.9.2, which has a release date of 
February 14th.

thanks to all for the hard work. we've been keeping up a pretty 
extraordinary development pace for a team of this size.
