make uninstall?

Hi,

I was wondering (I have no clue): I want to build and install 3.9.1 over
my existing 3.8.0 on Linux. Should I run some un-installation process
first? I mean I assume that if I deploy the new build using `sudo make
install`, that there could be files lingering in
/usr/local/share/SuperCollider or wherever from 3.8.0 for which no new
files exist in 3.9.1 that would overwrite them. I tried `sudo make
uninstall` but such target doesn't exist.

So the question is -- what's the best approach to 'clean' the system
before installing a new version?

best, ..hh..
