AppVeyor failures

Hey all,

AppVeyor builds are currently all failing for spurious out-of-memory
reasons. This is an issue on AppVeyor's part — they don't allow us to
upload artefacts to S3 without also storing them on AppVeyor permanently.
I've requested additional storage space from them. They know this is a
blocking issue so they are in the habit of approving these requests
regularly and promptly. It should be resolved by tomorrow at the latest.
