Travis failures

Hi all,

Travis builds are currently failing due to a bug that popped up in qpm. A
patch update in one of the subpackages is causing a crash. Scott and I are
working on fixing this, it should be resolved soon. Until then, please do
not merge any failing PRs. If you are relying on the CI reports, the Travis
logs can be checked manually to ensure that the build and tests have passed.
