Google summer of code

 Hi,
I noticed that google is accepting organizations for their google summer of
code[1] 2020 program. The applications for organizations have started on
14th january. I have raised this issue before on the mailing list, and
there have been others before me. Please check the attached emails.
I found an old sourceforge site discussing this[2].
I see the implementation of the language server protocol as an additional
candidate[3].
I hope there is some discussion around this.
