For Plugin Developers: How to automatically compile and release plugins using Github Actions

Hello all

I have experimented with using Github Actions to automatically compile 
and publish my personal SuperCollider plugins and it works really 
nicely. To make it easier for others, I have published my config file 
that you can use very easily and a little writeup explaining the process:

Hope to see more people do (something like) this to make it easy for 
users to download plugins and developers to share them in a nice cross 
platform workflow.
