Not a lot to work with, but assuming this is Ubuntu, I found the
instructions here to be a one-step solution, and it's been working for me.

Note that Zoom still requires me to switch my audio sources every time it
starts or stops - this is accessible via the "audio settings" button next
to the mute button.
