Did you set the thread priority in /etc/security/limits.d/? Haven't worked with supernova, so not quite sure how my system responds, but this is my /etc/security/limits.d/99-realtime.conf:
@realtime - rtprio 99
@realtime - memlock unlimited

I also noticed there's a way to set this in /etc/pipewire/pipewire.conf in the context.modules. You might be able to fiddle around with the values there and get what you need...
