Nah. A primary UI is one that provides the core functionality of zinf.
Without a primary UI zinf is unusable. Secondary UI's provide additional
functionality of some kind, but would be considered optional.

For example, I have written an "On Screen Display" ui, which pops up the
name of the track in large friendly letters onto the screen when you
change tracks. Useful perhaps, but you couldn't use it to control zinf.

Some secondary UI's (such as the music browser) can actually do pretty
much everything, and certainly handle key-presses.

The design of the plugin system isn't all that clear to me though
either, and I can see a few shortcomings. e.g. no way for plugins to add
items to the options window, no way to select which secondary UIs from
the options window etc.
