Packaging issue with documentation.

I mentioned this briefly last week. The current CVS code still has a packaging issue with doxygen-generated documentation. Specifically, doc/html is not in doc's EXTRA_DIST. Therefore, doxygen-generated documentation does not get packaged into the tarball. It is not possible to run 'make html/html/index.html' after unpacking the tarball either. That's because the tarball does not include the dlm directory, which is referenced in Doxygen.in
