History.. it could be converted but it's pretty low priority.

This is a tough one.. themes are kinda static and the size of the
browser tends to change.. Actually there have been more requests
for the opposite i.e. doing away with the themed part and
keeping the browser look.  I don't think themes are going
away, but I also don't know of anybody actively expanding them either.
